Principle Duties

  • Response Center Vienna
  • Qualifies and prioritises rapidly and effectively all incoming calls and customer needs and problems
  • Finds, communicates and implement solutions to the customer's problems
  • Documents the call according to the quality system, and performs the qualification
  • Follow up for the case done, until it is entirely solved.
  • Account RCE for European Countries
  • Work within a team
  • Good communication to the local (MIT, sales, order processing, management) and worldwide (European response centers, tech. Marketing) teams is necessary

Minimum Position Qualification

  • Telephone/communication skills
  • BS in computer science or other equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Knowledge of medical environment
  • Skills in HP-UX 9.05 and 10.20, Linux
  • Skills in PC platforms (Win NT, W2k,XP ...)
  • Skills in Windows 2003 Server
  • Skills in Windows SQL Server
  • Skills in Oracle databases
  • Skills in Networking

Business awareness:

  • Ability to interface and communicate with customers and also with other internal functions
  • Ability to work in a fast changing environment
  • Ability to work in a structured, analytical way
  • Good knowledge about IT tools
